Physical Merchandise

Merchandise is currently sold through our Etsy shop. Refunds and returns for physical products follow Etsy’s case policies and our shop policies listed there.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales (Career Guides, Career & Training Trackers) are final once the file has been delivered — unless the file is corrupted or materially not as described, in which case contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
